Lead the strategic direction, design and delivery team for a website relaunch at papercut.com, including incorporating a new design language system. Launched a state of the art corporate website (caydon.com.au) resulting in increased brand awareness and lead conversions. I also implemented end to end lead tracking capabilities which dramatically improved the quality of leads (CPA by 75% and CR by 150%.) Completed 12 other website relaunches.
Design function & UX
Setup and managed company design function utilising a shared services / people model including brand, web, product designers to create a unified design process. This included the company wide creation and launch of a unified Design Language System. (DLS)
Product Management
Led the digital strategic direction of 2 major company project rollouts ($1m+) to transition 80,000 customers across to a new card payment platform (plus an improved value offering) with integrated app and portal technology. The end to end digital strategy was aimed at long term customer engagement and loyalty which drove significant commercial aspects, operational efficiencies, improved customer experience and VP of our brand. Managing the team with external integration companies, and designing the user experience from scratch.
CRM
Been responsible and accountable for 6+ end to end CRM implementations and migrations, Including Salesforce, Microsoft, Marketo etc. and bespoke datahouse platforms. Including determining scope and management of the project.
Implemented completely automated the sales & marketing process amongst a team of 15 sales consultants and administrators, by introducing Salesforce CRM, Pardot marketing automation platform and a custom built suite of software. This web and app system provided a portal for external companies to access, integrated with the CRM and automated apartment sales, bookings, inspections and settlements resulting in $250K in cost efficiencies.
Implemented a custom built Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, providing strategic advice on data warehousing and managing multiple stakeholders in a compressed timeframe. Took responsibility for the ongoing development of the CRM to improve business efficiency, reporting and smooth delivery of operational initiatives. Created a framework for benchmarking and targets for both the marketing and sales functions.
Implemented a AMS - Membership management tool (strategic direction + hands on). This incorporated destilling 6 company functions across 15 different tools, platforms and data sources into one area. Including: email marketing tools, other CRM’s, finance applications, payment platforms, event management tools, social media marketing, and over 50 excel spreadsheets. Defining the workflows, data plan, team roll out, training. marketing and communication strategy for the customers, and the launch.
