Completely automated the sales & marketing process amongst a team of 15 sales consultants and administrators, by introducing Salesforce CRM, Pardot marketing automation platform and a custom built suite of software.

This web and app system provided a portal for external companies to access, integrated with the CRM and automated apartment sales, bookings, inspections and settlements resulting in $250K in cost efficiencies

Implemented a custom built Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, providing strategic advice on data warehousing and managing multiple stakeholders in a compressed timeframe. Took responsibility for the ongoing development of the CRM to improve business efficiency, reporting and smooth delivery of operational initiatives. Created a framework for benchmarking and targets for both the marketing and sales functions.
